PICK UP AND DELIVERY
If you need your car towed to our shop, we will take care
of all services to make the process easy and convenient for
you.
RENTAL CARS
Our shop will provide rental car services for you through
Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They will have your rental ready for
you here at our facility.
EARLY BIRD DROP-OFF
If you are not able to leave your keys and/or vehicle
during our regular operating hours, you have the option to
leave your keys in our lock box located on the outside of our
shop for your convenience.
INSURANCE CLAIM ASSISTANCE
Let us handle your claim from beginning to end! No need to
waste your time with the headaches of insurance claims and
transactions. Our management staff is highly qualified to
handle your insurance claim from start to finish. In the event
of an accident, call us and we will walk you through the
procedures step by step.

Airport Road Auto Body is one of New England's few repair centers equipped to perform the high quality repairs on the new aluminum constructed XJ and XK Jaguars. As the only facility in Connecticut authorized to perform structural repairs on these vehicles, we realize that our goal is to deliver only the most efficient and pleasurable experience to our Jaguar customers.
The Jaguar Authorized Aluminum Repair Network helps ensure that the vehicle receives utmost care and attention. Here are some of the benefits of this exclusive network:
- Staffed with certified technicians and equipped with Jaguar tested and approved tools and equipment
- The ONLY source for genuine Jaguar aluminum repair parts, which carry a Jaguar parts limited warranty
- Self-contained aluminum repair environments to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination and corrosion from steel particles
- If damage is determined to be structural in nature to any aluminum-bodied XJ or XK model, Jaguar will provide complimentary flatbed transportation to the nearest structural repair center (Airport Road Auto Body is the only shop in Connecticut)
- These extra services will be provided at no cost to the customer during the new vehicle limited warranty period

In the summer of 2010 Volkswagen of America, Inc. announced a VW-Certified Collision Repair Facility Program for U.S. dealer-affiliated and independent body shops partnered with I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Automotive Repair). We are happy to declare that Airport Road Auto Body is one of a first shops in the country initially chosen for this program. According to Matthew McCauley, Collision Program Manager for Volkswagen of America CCRP, "this program benefits Volkswagen owners by providing the peace of mind that comes from knowing that when a vehicle is involved in a collision, VW-Certified Collision Repair Facilities will maintain the brand's safety standards and specifications."
In order to achieve this facility certification, Airport Road Auto Body has undergone training in the proper use of factory-approved repair equipment, VW-specific tools, and OEM repair technology. Further requirements for Volkswagen-Certified Collision Repair Facilities include:
- All work will adhere to Volkswagen strict repair standards
- Only Genuine Volkswagen Parts will be used. They're identical to the factory originals. No Substitutes
- Technicians will follow and maintain all vehicle warranties
